Meet the UATEAM

UAATEAM is a digital marketing agency that began its journey back in 2014 (though we really got started in 2013). Over the years, we've experimented a lot and gained valuable experience. This expertise enables us to solve our clients’ challenges more quickly and effectively. Our main goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients, working together to improve marketing and advertising for their projects. We offer a range of tailored approaches and services, depending on the specific needs of each project.

Our greatest asset is the people we work with. After all, it's people who create companies and bring amazing projects to life together.

Our rules

Working together as a team for many years, we’ve developed a set of principles that we hold close and follow.

People are more important than money. We support newcomers in integrating into the team and stand by those who are facing challenges. To protect our team, we may decline service to clients if there are valid reasons to do so.

We do NOT work with certain industries, such as payday loans, betting, casinos, politics, etc. We won't take on projects that are built on deceiving customers.

We are constantly learning and improving our skills, which requires time and resources. This commitment allows us to make your projects better, faster, and more efficient. That's why we expect our clients to value and respect our efforts and time.

Our mission

Working with small and medium-sized businesses, we strive to foster a culture of communication between the agency and the client. For us, this means valuing everything the client does and actively helping their project grow and succeed. In return, we expect our clients to appreciate and respect us and the work we do. We’re always ready to provide guidance, advice, improvements, and support.

“Work hard, play hard” is our motto. That’s why we value rest and encourage everyone on the team to take regular breaks.

We’re patient and willing to explain how things work to clients as many times as needed. However, rude communication from a client is a surefire way to end our partnership.

We don’t implement every new trend or tool for our clients, even if they request it. Instead, we carefully evaluate and choose only the best options that truly add value.
